After spending a 6 figure amount with an online "marketing agency" over a few years, the business had no indication of any increase in customers from the investment. The website was failing on numerous fronts and content not displaying correctly and it had become so complicated, the agency could not fix it.
The website was handed to us, as we also provided the IT services to the business. It was completely redeveloped from the ground up and rebranded, though mirroring the previous design to minimise change for customers.
We then periodically maintained the site in cooperation with internal staff at STS who also maintained the pages.
